The “Healthy Digital Life Guide”, developed by the University of Cologne within the scope of the project, based on the review of the relevant literature and the team’s experience in teaching and learning with digital technologies, contributes to the role of teachers in the acquisition of a balanced and healthy online life and deals with digital issues at the secondary school level from the perspective of “empowering approach” by reporting an educational action aimed at taking and preventing. Aiming to raise awareness among teachers about the consequences of the digital age and its paradoxes on school life, the guide is also supportive in terms of creating a way for teachers to be more conscious, responsible, and respectful in their online actions and helping them understand the ethical implications behind them.
